Rapid Response: Help Us Help Each Other
While we are known mostly for our work in the physical environment, Groundwork Bridgeport’s mission encompasses working to serve the many needs our community faces. As such, we acknowledge the particular issues facing our nonprofit community and those they serve regarding the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and its potential impacts on us as employers, conveners, and service providers.
To that end, we ask you to answer the following questions (see below) relating to the impact that COVID-19 is having on your organization and where you might need help -OR- can offer assistance.
Completing the survey will enable us to share your needs with those that support the nonprofit sector so they can more readily and accurately develop a plan to assist based on the specific needs expressed by our local community as the spread of coronavirus intensifies and programs face cancellation, suspension, and other interruptions.
We will compile the information collected and then share the information with representatives from the city, state, and philanthropic sector so they understand the impact the pandemic is having on Bridgeport nonprofits and those we serve and assist them with their Rapid Response Initiatives
We seek 1 completed survey per organization. If there is another person at your organization who is better suited to answer this survey, please forward this email onto them.
All individual answers will be kept confidential unless you explicitly give permission for them to be shared.
Response data will be shared in the aggregate.
Thank you in advance for your participation in this survey.
