Groundwork USA Announces $6MM Funding Opportunity In Partnership With Bezos Earth Fund

Our national network Groundwork USA has received a $6 million investment from the Bezos Earth Fund to tackle ambitious environmental restoration and climate resilience projects in communities on the frontlines of the climate crisis. Funding from this initiative will accelerate the efforts of Groundwork Trusts nationwide to address the effects of the climate crisis through nature-based resilience projects that engage residents in the process of building safer and healthier neighborhoods.

We look forward to working with Groundwork USA to identify initiatives that can help address Bridgeport’s climate concerns in an equitable, community-driven manner in the new year.
