Join Groundwork Bridgeport in planting 25 trees at Success Park as part of a larger effort to expand Bridgeport’s tree canopy. No previous experience is necessary to participate, as all tools and instructions will be provided.

Success Park is located in Bridgeport’s Boston Ave-Mill Hill Neighborhood. It features athletic fields, a playground, and a newly constructed dog park area. These tree plantings will eventually create a substantial tree canopy on the site, and offer many environmental benefits to the community at large and to park users by improving air quality, cooling the air, reducing flooding, and increasing people’s overall physical and mental wellness.
