Newsletter - November 2024

It’s been an exciting few months for Groundwork! We’ve continued our youth programming by welcoming a new cohort of students for our Fall Service-Learning Program and strengthening the Waterfront Youth Ambassador program along the Yellow Mill River. And in addition to our regular programming, we had fun at the Fall FEASTival, expanded our Walking Club to include hikes across the state, and organized a service-learning trip to Acadia National Park in Maine. Through all this work, we’re contining to inspire community engagement in the environment, here in Bridgeport and beyond. We’re excited to keep this momentum going with some of the many projects we have planned for 2025!
